The Healthy Living Retreat is a perfect place to relax, reflect and take a break from the stresses or distraction of everyday life. Mary-Jane and Matt have created a homely sanctuary in a perfect setting with comfortable accommodation in beautiful countryside. The relaxed and welcoming ambience is made even more special by their kindness, care and attention, which ensured that everyone’s stay was so enjoyable. The food was superb and there was plenty of it, encouraging us all to try new things and empowering us to make it for ourselves and understand the ethos of healthy eating. All the activities on offer were so interesting and enlightening and the therapists very professional and friendly. I feel this was a life-changing time for me personally and for many others there too.

I am so grateful to Mary-Jane and Matt and thankful to have had the opportunity to go, I highly recommend it to everybody: put aside your endless “To Do” lists and take this time for yourself. You deserve it!
